Persona-Verse, operated by Millenion AB, is a digital platform that allows users to discover, own, and interact with AI-driven personas. Each persona has unique characteristics including personality traits, memories, and emotional responses.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

Users can acquire personas using Social Points, our in-platform currency. When you acquire a persona:

• You gain access to interact with that persona
• Ownership is recorded in our system
• Social Points are non-refundable once used
• Personas may have limited availability based on rarity

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

You acknowledge and agree that Persona-Verse utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate persona interactions and responses. The nature of AI technology means that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations"
• Responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, or current
• AI personas may generate inconsistent responses to similar queries
• Content may be inappropriate, offensive, or misleading despite our best efforts

No Professional Advice: AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, psychological, or technical advice. You should not rely on AI interactions for critical decisions and must consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

User Responsibility: You assume all risk and responsibility associated with your use of AI interactions. You are solely responsible for:

• Independently verifying any information before acting upon it
• All decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of AI responses
• Any consequences resulting from your reliance on AI interactions

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millenion AB shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated content
• Decisions or actions taken based on AI interactions
• Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content generated by AI personas
• Changes in persona behavior, personality, or response patterns
• Any reliance on AI-generated information or advice

Under no circumstances shall Millenion AB be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your interaction with AI personas or reliance on AI-generated content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Millenion AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Millenion AB may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Service.

In no event shall Millenion AB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
